• Go into your ceremony confident with clear goals and intentions set
• Know that you have support and guidance waiting for you after your plant medicine experience
• Discuss what you experienced during your ceremony or ceremonies
• Create a plan so that you can apply what you learned in your daily life
• We recommend 1 pre-integration and 2 post-integration coaching appointments, but you can split your sessions however you’d like
